The place was beautifully decorated and Suzanne provided everything we needed. We especially loved sitting outside around the fire. Suzanne was super helpful and easy to communicate with. She provided a list of local restaurants and things to do. This will definitely be our go to spot for our annual stay in Long Beach.

We love that it was right by the water, the kitchen was lovely to cook in, added bonus was the washing machine, dryer and parking. We can’t wait to come back! The house is just steps from the beach, and during the day the busy road is closed off, making it a safe and easy walk across the street—such a perfect location! The outdoor ambiance was wonderful. We loved having breakfast on the patio and ending the day with s’mores around the fire pit. Suzanna was a fantastic host—responsive, proactive, and thoughtful. I especially appreciated the detailed Welcome Guide, which made settling in so easy. I’d highly recommend her beach home to any family looking to relax, recharge, and create lasting memories!
Guest Review5.0Unbeatable location to Horny Beach and Long Beach walking, riding bike path. One block to favorite restaurants, dive bar, and shopping. A clear winner! The master bedroom and bath are double size. A table for 8, for family visiting. Well stocked kitchen, nice bed linens, towels, pretty soaps and home decor. Not to mention, the outside lounge area with fireplace, pleasantly, added to the full enjoyment of the property. Parking was not a problem, as once we were parked, there was no reason to leave. Suzanne is a responsive host and will remediate any situation. We appreciate this, and the well cared for home.

The location was spectacular.,.. just one block from the bay and a couple to the beach or Belmont shore second Street. Even the decorations were well appointed. The home was SO nice, SO clean, super comfortable, conveniently located, steps from the beach, and had every amenity we could have dreamed of. We enjoyed the location, we were very concerned about the potential lack of parking in a busy beach neighborhood but the parking was a breeze. I imagine it may be more difficult in the middle of summer, but maybe not? Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly, we chatted with lots of locals walking their dogs and other happy beach goers.....We used the grill and enjoyed the fully functional, well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfy, and we loved having coffee on the patio. We live in a beach community in Northern California and think this house and neighborhood is far superior to anything we have locally and was a very high quality experience for the cost. The Mathews Family high recommends this Air B N B!! Our family had an incredible time, we can't wait to come back!

The property was beautifully secluded, creating a peaceful atmosphere, especially as the sun set. The house itself was amazing, with fun games to enjoy and a fully stocked kitchen complete with coffee and snacks. Everything was immaculately clean. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

The attention to detail was evident in every room, from the stylish furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided. From the great location and easy parking to the grassy area in the back, the bbq area, the fire pit and the long table for outdoor dining, we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay with the kiddos. I would love to stay at this location again. Waking up and drinking coffee on our patio enjoying the view was my favorite part. She was on top of everything, very kind, and helpful. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated and in a peaceful location that was close to many lovely restaurants and the water. Our family of four thought all the beds and pillows (and all the furniture) were super comfortable. The kitchen had great appliances and was so well equipped. There were also two lovely areas to relax outside with lots of seating for everyone.
Guest Review5.0Didn’t want to leave. A little slice of Heaven. Great walkability to the large and small beaches and everything on 2nd St. Can walk all the way downtown if you wanted. So much to do in the area. But specific to this beautiful home, it was so well decorated to be comfy and still peaceful and beautiful. Kitchen was very well stocked. (We cook.) Plenty of towels and beach items. Also bath toiletries. Amazing shower. Great outside living spaces to enjoy the weather. I’d give more stars if I could. Would 100% stay again.

It’s in a perfect location right by the beach and many other places. Very friendly community, we felt very safe and welcomed! Suzanne was an excellent host with great communication , we arrived late and she had some things stocked in the house for us so we didn’t wake up with starving kids! Suzanne is such a kind and gracious host and we had everything we needed and more. Her place is very clean, near great restaurants, and she is a very accommodating host. We were in town for a funeral and she was so kind and understanding of our wonky flight times and making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable during a difficult trip. This beautifully decorated Spanish style house is the perfect location for a quiet and peaceful retreat for your family - just steps from the water & few minute walk to 2nd street to enjoy all of the wonderful experiences Belmont Shore has to offer. I only live 30 minutes away, but this will be my new "go to" place to recharge and enjoy beach life once. Thank you for making my birthday weekend extra special, Suzanne!
Guest Review5.0First off the place was so clean. She had everything you could think of that would be needed plus more. If I needed anything she replied within minutes. I texted her that I locked myself out when I went to the store. Before I got out my car she replied "it's open". Very considerate. My kids absolutely loved the beach house. Neighbors mind there own business. I met some fellow tik tokers that live over there. one of them called The galactivators who have been on alot of shows like americas got talent and so fourth. Wonderful spot clear view of lake and a mini dining area outside that spreads all around the house. You can eat in the front side and middle. The location was perfect and walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. It’s also located a short drive to many great attractions. With multiple outdoor seating areas you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or wind down in the evenings. All of the neighbors were friendly as this is an active community. I highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Long Beach. We plan to check the availability of this property for all future visits to the area.

We all felt the positive energy in the home. This was great for our cousins retreat, where we spent a lot of time bonding, reuniting, and healing in this journey of life. Suzanne has been so great with responding to anything that we needed, and accommodating us with anything extra we have asked for, especially when there was availability for it. We are so grateful to have found this beautiful place to basque in our trips/vacations/“getaway’s”, where beautiful memories are made. 🫶🏼✨

The beds were also comfortable. No dedicated parking, but it was easy enough to find a spot. Backyard patio was nice to work and relax. The hosts went above and beyond at every turn: they provided an air fryer on request, swiftly resolved a TV issue (even making two trips to troubleshoot), and generously allowed my elderly parents a late checkout so they could watch their grandson’s race. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made our trip unforgettable. We were truly blown away by this experience and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Guest Review5.0I had a great experience. The location was excellent. I went to Catalina on Saturday and took an Uber to catch the ferry, it was very close. The house is right by the beach and just a few blocks from the main street, where you’ll find lots of restaurants, bars, and cafés. Suzanne was a wonderful host. I contacted her by message when the BBQ grill ran out of propane, and she brought a new tank in less than 10 minutes. The place is also very quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. Just keep in mind that the third bedroom doesn’t have a door, it’s separated by a curtain, but the bed is very comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

With so many shops and restaurants just a short walk away, we enjoyed family strolls for dinner, ice cream, and a bit of shopping. We created memories here that we’ll carry with us for years to come. I’m so grateful to the owners and to Suzanne for being understanding and for their thoughtful touches that made the home feel so warm and welcoming. I’m not sure what the next chapter holds, but I’m thankful to have closed this one with such a beautiful and meaningful vacation.

Guest Review5.0OUTSTANDING!! 1) Beautiful home with gourmet kitchen, stunning architecture. Very peaceful. 2) Truly is only a couple of houses from the beach, and in the other direction, a couple of blocks from the trendy 2nd St. with excellent restaurants and shops. 3) But what made this home outstanding is the excellent communication with the host. I had one small problem in the house, and the host answered my text within 2 minutes and had someone come to the house to repair it within the hour! And it was on a Sunday!! Belmont Shores was so peaceful. AND, street parking was always available.

Guest Review5.0This beautiful, peaceful place was a refuge for me and my family escaping Eaton Fire. I will forever keep this place and Suzanne in my heart. I will always remember the kindness and care Suzanne gave us. I will always remember the safety and solace we found here and then being able to walk to the beach, walk to coffee and restaurants was icing on top. Suzanne’s home is very clean, we had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfy and the living room and dining area were perfect for me and my kids to regroup and relax a bit. I would love to return sometime in better circumstances to enjoy the home again and the incredible patio and beach, but next time in vacation mode. 😊 Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Suzanne, for giving us ‘home’ while we had to escape ours.

Guest Review5.0This house is beautiful, and in a great location - the beach is a few steps away one way, and restaurants and shops on 2nd Street are a five minute walk away the other direction. The house has a spacious and modern kitchen with a large gas range and all the cookware, silverware, utensils and glasses one could want. A patio with a table, chairs and a BBQ faces the street. Washer and dryer are in the back and worked great. There is no reserved parking spot, but street parking was always available in front of the house during our stay. From talking with neighbors we got the impression that this house is in a very nice neighborhood where people care about each other. Communicating with Suzanne was easy, and she was most helpful in preparation for and during our stay. We'll come back!

Guest Review5.0The location and proximity to the beach cannot he beat. A truly remarkable home great for a family or friend getaway! Beautiful open living space with a large comfortable couch and chairs and a large kitchen with everything needed to whip a simple or five star meal! Two private enclosed patios with a hot tub, bbq, bar and tv make it easy to enjoy the sounds and smell of the ocean steps from your feet. Spacious bedrooms and a cute loft are upstairs are the perfect accommodations to enjoy a good nights sleep. Two bathrooms, one with a tub, are large and well equipped! Honestly we had a perfect stay and would highly recommend this home for your next beach adventure!

It was steps to beach for sure, as well as Naples Canal.The garage was also a deal breaker, that street parking is rough.The kids loved the loft, although the ladder to get up there was rather tricky to get up and down on. House is equipped with beach supplies, we used it all, brought it to the beach or canal daily.Suzanne was great and readily available.She answered my questions from before I booked the beach house till after we left.There was an issue with the surround sound system and she gave me a work around so we got to enjoy music while lounging.There was also no propane in the fire pit which we figured out the first night later in the evening, so I waited to contact Suzanne first thing the next morning.She had delivered a new one and exchanged the propane tanks within the next hour!We got to enjoy the firepit every night after.I would 100% recommend any of the homes that Suzanne hosts.
