Simply Home Management is a boutique vacation rental management company in Belmont Shore, Long Beach, California. Founded by Suzanne Dondanville, a certified interior stylist and longtime resident, we provide hands-on hosting for owners who care about quality, community, and long-term returns.
Meet Suzanne
I'm Suzanne Dondanville, a California native who discovered Belmont Shore in 2017 and immediately knew I had found my community. As a professional interior stylist, I saw an opportunity to combine design expertise with hospitality.
I started hosting in 2017 with a single property and a simple belief: a vacation rental should be as beautiful as it is well-managed. Since then, I've hosted hundreds of guests, earned consistent five-star reviews, and maintained zero neighbor complaints because this community matters.
Simply Home was formally established to scale that same personal standard. Today we manage six properties with one manager, one community, and one standard of quality. I personally oversee every property and am never more than minutes away.
