Rental Management

Rental management

Your Spanish holiday home is probably one of the biggest single purchases you will ever make. If you do not intend to stay there long term, an excellent way to cover the cost of the property is to rent for either long term, or short holiday periods. You can cover the annual costs associated with the ownership of a Spanish property or make a substantial income on your investment.

Home care and rental management
Renting your property is as important to us as it is to you, as no bookings means no commission fee. Our intention is to make sure that each booking goes as smoothly as possible, resulting in guests wishing to re-book for the following year and recommending your property to their friends and family, recommendations are always the best exposure your property can have.

Home care and rental management includes;

  • All aspects of the Home care management service.
  • Guest meet-and-greet service with key handover on arrival.
  • Preparing the property for guest’s arrival, airing the property, making up beds, putting out clean towels, etc…
  • Switching on electricity, air conditioning/heating, boiler, fridge and appliances, also switching on lights if night arrival.
  • Supplying a welcome pack. We recommend this for late night or Sunday arrivals.
  • General assistance to tenants if needed in case of medical or police problems, etc…
  • Full cleaning and laundry service before, during and after the rental.
  • The promotion and advertising of the property on Simply Golf Holidays website and if desired by the owner on other holiday rental websites.
  • Setting the rental prices (as agreed with the owner) and maintaining the rental tariff so that up to date pricing is always available to potential tenants.
  • Dealing with the rental enquiries through to final confirmation of bookings.
  • Issuing rental contracts and booking conditions to tenants.
  • Taking payments and holding security deposits.
  • On departure of the tenants, the property will be inspected for any loss of items or damage incurred, this will be reported to the owner and the security deposit will be retained until the owner is happy the property is restored to its original condition.
