Services

We understand better than most that maintaining a property and catering for all requirements takes a vast arsenal of services. At Simply Home Management we have built up a comprehensive list of additional home services that we offer our clients. This list is not exhaustive by any means and we are continually striving to further it as we evolve. Here is a list of the most popular services we provide on a day to day basis.


Key Holding

Included in the management package is the Key Holding service which upon request we will make the keys of your property available to visiting guests or tradesmen. This is a free service for call out’s of less than one hour.

 

Property Inspection

All properties under the Simply Home Management umbrella receive a twice monthly inspection. This inspection includes airing of all the rooms, checking all points of entry, checking for damp and infestations, watering of plants and mail collection. A property that is visited regularly has a higher security profile, so you can relax in the knowledge that your property is safe and in good hands.

 

Meet-and-Greet

We can meet your guests show them to the property hand over the keys and introduce them their accommodation. Ensuring they are familiar with the appliances, locks, alarms, etc. We will also act as an emergency contact number for your guests, should they require any additional assistance, thus increasing the chances of an enjoyable visit for your tenants.

Welcome Packs

Welcome packs are a comfort and convenience after a long journey or a late night arrival, just having the facility to make a cup of tea and a sandwich is often enough to justify the pack. It’s also a great way to make your guests feel they are receiving a first class service and make them feel at home. Normally these packs include the basic essentials but they can be individually customised.


Transport
As part of the service to our clients we provide a wide range of car and minibus rentals which can be collected from the airport. We can also arrange airport transfers for you or your guests to be picked up from the airport and chauffeur driven to your property.


Cleaning & Laundry

A clean property is not only a pleasure to walk into to begin your holiday but also the key to success in the rental market and for that reason we clean the property from top to bottom on departure of guests and refresh it before the arrival of new clients. We provide all types of cleaning services from departure cleaning to linen change, mid-week maid service, spring clean, deep clean, refresher cleaning (prior to arrival) and external cleaning (patios, terraces, furniture, etc…). The most important thing to remember is that if the property is well maintained and comfortable clients will re-book and recommend, which is the ultimate goal.


Garden Maintenance
We offer a comprehensive garden maintenance service which can be tailored to suit the individual requirements of each property. A landscaping service is also available if you’re looking for something a little different.

Pool Maintenance
If your property has a private pool then please speak to us about our yearly pool maintenance contracts that will keep your pool in pristine condition. It is very important to keep the chemical levels correct especially if you are renting the property and also to make sure that you get an all round service and not simply a pool clean. Speak to us for a quotation on the yearly maintenance cost, prices are individually assessed due to the size of pool and trees and plant in close proximity.

Repairs and Maintenance

Due to the general ware and tear your property can encounter, situations may arise where it is necessary to make minor or major repairs. We work with a range of tradesmen who can quickly and professionally make the necessary work to your property, without the risk of using unknown tradesmen.

 

Golf Green Fees

We can offer client some of the best rates on green fees on the Costa del Sol through our sister company Simply Golf Holidays. Further more if you’re looking to improve your golf swing with golf lessons or treat yourself to a new set of clubs we can help.

 

Equipment Hire

If you have young children staying at your property we can accommodate all their needs with a full range of baby and toddler equipment including toys and games. Also wheelchairs can be hired for your guests with mobility problems. To guarantee the equipment we ask for as much notice as possible.

 

Rental Management

Your Spanish holiday home is probably one of the biggest single purchases you will ever make. If you do not intend to stay there long term, an excellent way to cover the cost of the property is to let for either long term, or short holiday periods. You can make a substantial income on your investment or just cover the annual costs associated with the ownership of a Spanish property. Please speak to us about the option available to you.

 

Full Inventory

We recommend owners to make a full inventory of the property’s contents. Inventories are essential if your property is regularly used by guests, it can also become invaluable in the unfortunate event of a break-in or the property's contents being damaged which results in an insurance claim. It is not always convenient for the owner to make an inventory so in these cases we can make it on behalf of the owner.

 

Insurance

You should have insurance for both your property and its contents. If you do not we can advise you on the local agents or we can locate and take out the policy for you. Many apartment developments have building insurance through their community but these policies do not cover the contents of your property and in many cases is exempt from water damage.
