When working with Simply Home Management everything is laid down in a management contract to ensure that there is no misunderstandings and that we provide all the services that we promise. We like to feel that we are whiter than white in all departments, not just the cleaning & laundering!

Home care management
Many holiday home owners choose not to rent their holiday home but kept it as their own sanctuary away from the strains of everyday life. This requires a general service, keeping on top of cleaning and maintenance, taking care of plants and terrace boxes, collection of mail and regular security checks as well as being on hand should you need us.

Home care management includes;

• Key holding service.
• Property inspections twice monthly and immediately after heavy or prolonged rain and strong winds.
• Checking all points of entry and boundaries for security purposes.
• Checking property for signs of damp or mould.
• Checking property for any infestation both inside and out.
• Airing of all the rooms.
• Flushing and sanitising toilets, running taps and showers to clear any stagnant water and to eliminate any smell, leaving fresh water in the pipes.
• Collection of mail from mailbox and leave in the property, hold at Simply Home Management’s office or forward to an alternative address.
• Inform owner immediately of any problems arising at the property requiring urgent attention, and taking appropriate action.
• Watering of all plants both indoor and on balconies or terraces.
• Bookings for owners and guests for car hire, airport transfers, green fees, ect…
• Regular check of all electrical appliances, air conditioning/heating and light bulbs, ect…
